Reason 2. Let me simplify this with an example as below:
Suppose we have a business card and we need to contact some person, in some company, and the nos. are 56108313 / 56108314 / 56108315, we would dial the first no. that appears on the card and often to our dismay the no. is busy / engaged........Why?? isn't it so obvious for others also to dial the first no.?? If we dial say the last no. we might get through in the first attempt right???? Very much practical but seldom practiced. Now that is "Lateral Sense".
